Purchasing from Bao Fu Ling eStore, we do not offer any CASH or CREDIT CARD Refunds, it is due to the intimate nature of our products. We don’t offer the cancellation Refund, however, we would offer an exchange on our products with similar value or higher value! For a valid reason that we allow cancellation, a minimum of 30% cancellation fees will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Damages or Defective Items:
Please don't throw away your damaged/defective items. We may ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us (at our expense), or we'll ask you to dispose of the items appropriately. For any product damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of product, together with a photo of the damaged item and all of your order information. We will not accept returns on used products, therefore, if there is a problem with the product, we ask you do not used it or tamper with the product.
Wrongly Sent Product :
If you receive the wrong product please inform us immediately within 24 hours. Please DO NOT break the packaging or use the product. Once used or handled, it is considered SOLD, as it would be unsanitary for us to resell this product. It is our fault to send the wrong product, but as customers, we would appreciate you to cross check the codes before unwrapping the product. We will charge you for the opened product, but waive the courier charges for the correct product sent to you. If this is the case please email us a photo of the product along with your order information to email@example.com.
