Bao Fu Ling Global Enterprise ia taking care of the International Market with the International Office based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are specialised in Skin Care, Health and Beauty. We are a company with traditional brand but next generation driven. Job Purpose The successful Graphic Designer will be responsible for assisting in creating and producing various marketing promotions, signage, point of sale, ads, email templates, news letters, sales proposals, presentations and other materials in support of our Branding, Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing efforts. Main Responsibilities  Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns for conferences and exhibitions Using the full marketing mix for the company's marketing communications Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brouchers, letters, emails and websites Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each conference/exhibition Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign Undertaking detailed on going analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met Assisting in the production of on going competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion for each conference and exhibition. Personal Attributes(Identify 5-6 must have personal attributes for this position) Innovation Planning and Prioritizing Delivers Result Job Requirements  Degree in Marketing would be an advantage as would CIM qualification Previous experience in a similar role Strong project management/organisational skills Ability to use spread sheets to analyse data and spot trends Understanding of customer segmentation. Knowledge & Skill Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Good communication and presentation skills Creative, pro-active and hands on Able to prioritize and flexible.
